How does The Cosy Clue Club work?

Each month, you'll receive a mystery letter packed with everything you need to become the investigator! Inside every pack you'll find:

Our mysteries are light-hearted and fun - absolutely no murder here! Each story unfolds over a 3-month arc, so every letter you receive is a new chapter in your ongoing mystery.

When will my first mystery arrive?

Subscriptions are posted on the 28th of each month via Royal Mail. You can only purchase your subscription between the 1st and 20th of each month. Once subscriptions close on the 20th, the shop will be closed until the 1st of the following month.

Please note: subscriptions reopen on the 1st of each month - sign up to our email list to be notified when purchasing opens each month! 📬

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK (internationally soon) 🌍

How long does shipping take?

All subscriptions are sent via Royal Mail on the 28th of each month. Please be aware that we do not offer tracked postage at this time, so we're unable to provide live delivery updates once your pack has been dispatched.

UK: Typically 2–5 working days after dispatch
