How does The Cosy Clue Club work?

Each month, a handcrafted mystery envelope is posted to your door. Inside, you'll find a letter from your fellow investigator, physical clues, puzzles and artefacts that all connect to an unfolding story. Every mystery spans three monthly deliveries, so clues from Month 1 help unlock Month 2, and Month 3 reveals the full truth. Subscribe and your first delivery lands after of the 28th of the month.

When will my first mystery arrive?

Your first delivery is posted on the 28th of the month. Subscribe by the 20th to be included in that month's send. Orders placed after the 20th will receive their first delivery the following month.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Your mystery envelope is sent via Royal Mail to your specified delivery address. If you need to update your address, you can do so through your customer portal.

How long does shipping take?

Your mystery envelope is typically delivered within 3-5 working days of being posted on the 28th of the month via Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information is securely processed and encrypted to protect your privacy.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. You'll find a link to manage your subscription in every email from us, or you can log into your account on our website. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again after your current billing cycle. You can also pause or reactivate your subscription anytime.
